Great Seats for Families and Fireworks

    Jul 2013

    Section 110, Row 31, Seat 23

Despite being far down the line and in one of the last rows in Section 110, these seats are actually excellent. Being close to the last row makes it easy to get to concessions and restrooms, while being far down the line gives you a great view of the outfield and of the fireworks if you're on the first-base line. Being on the left aisle of Section 110 gives a great view of the action at home plate. You're not right on top of the field so the players aren't super-close, but you can easily follow all of the action. The best part about these particular seats is that they're covered. Covered seating at U.S. Cellular Field usually means upper deck, but these seats were perfectly under the 300 level and were protected from the rain (which it did). Sun was also never an issue and we were probably 15 degrees cooler than seats that weren't covered or shaded. Overall, for not being very close to the field or in the club level, these seats were awesome!

Front of sections 108-156 are behind the netting

There is some amount of netting or screening in front of all lower level sections in foul territory. The height and coverage of netting or screening will vary by section.

Seats are shaded and covered to protect from the sun and rain. Little-to-no stairs to walk to reach restrooms, concessions and other amenities. Lower level seating provides access to more amenities and better views of the game

      (Section 154) - -

Lately I've been sitting in better seats near home plate, Club Level, etc. But Chris Sale was starting, and I wanted to sit in the K-Zone. So I got these for $20/apiece, which is a good deal for the lower level. When Chris Sale is starting, you get a t-shirt and a K-card to hold up for strikeouts...

    • "Great view of the outfield"

      (Section 148) - -

This is my third or fourth time sitting in this section. Each time, I've sat in a row number less than ten. I prefer to be as close to the field as possible, but the one drawback is that you have to turn your body to the right to watch home plate. Otherwise you are staring into the outfield. If I we...
