Standing Room Only at Fenway Park is available in a number of different locations. Some of these locations are strictly assigned and others are less strictly assigned. In the lower level, the primary standing room areas are located on the first and third base sides near Grandstand seating. As one might expect, the view from the designated Standing Room areas is not ideal. The poles of the Grandstand and the roof covering the lower level can be quite the distraction. Never-the-less, most fans purchasing standing room tickets to a Red Sox game don't stand for nine innings in the same spot.
