The delivery method that was provided by the primary market for your event is called a MLB Mobile Electronic Transfer, which may require you to download the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile phone.
In order to assist you with locating, accepting and accessing your tickets, please read and follow the step-by-step guide below. This will help to ensure that you are ready for your event in no time!
Step 1: Download and Login into MLB Ballpark App
Once the tickets have been transferred, you will need to Download the MLB Ballpark app via the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store.
Step 2: Login or Create an MLB Account
After downloading the app, you will be prompted to create an account or log in (if you do not already have an account)
Hint: Remember, use the same email that was used to make the purchase with us when creating an account/logging in.
Step 3: Go to Tickets Tab
At this point, you should see your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.
Hint: If the Wallet says "No Tickets", click the more tab in the bottom right corner, then click the profile icon and then click "My MLB Account Emails." This will bring you to the page to confirm the correct email associated with the order.
Step 4: Access Tickets
After logging into the app, verify the tickets are available in the app. Follow the steps below to access the tickets:
Tap Tickets Tab (pull down on the screen to refresh if necessary)
Tap the game you are attending - tap View All to see more games.
Tap View to access the barcode and scan in for entry.
