We knew someone who pitched for visiting team, so we wanted seats near the visitors bullpen, but it was a blistering hot 1:35 start, so we wanted shade. These seats were almost PERFECT. We were shaded from the sun (and sheltered from the occasional pop-up shower) until about 4pm, when the setting sun started to find us. A few rows back would have kept us shaded all game, but we wouldn't have been able to see in the visitor's bullpen. Row 9 is the front row, against the bullpen wall. There's a 4" shelf for drinks and food. As best I can tell, there's no where in Suntrust Park that is closer to the field (albeit deep left field, 20' behind the home-run fence) and in the shade. I'd definitely buy these seats again!

The Home Run Porch seats can be found just beyond the outfield wall running between the left field foul pole and the start of the Chop House seats in right center. A popular option for fans looking for an affordable option on the lowest seating tier, these seats are also a favorite of ball hawks looking to snag a souvenir during pre-game batting practice. Shaded vs Covered Seating Sections 144 and 145 offer the only overhead coverage here. Seats in rows 12 will be located underneath the overhanging 200 level sections above. Other than the upper rows of these two sections, most seats in the Home Run Porch will see a significant amount of sun during day games, so be sure to bring your sunscreen. Fun for Kids While the exposure to the sun is not ideal, there isn't a better spot in Truist Park for access to activities, concessions, and shops. The Kids Zone is located right behind center field, offering a number of fun and exciting options for little ones of all ages. The bullpens are also fun to check out when sitting in these sections, and fans can check out the Braves pitchers warming up just beneath sections 153 and 154, while the visiting team bullpen is just below sections 144 and 145.
