Tanglewood Reserved Seating
Features & Amenities
There are three tiers of reserved seating at Tanglewood Shed. These sections have an assigned row and seat from underneath the roof. With rather flat seating rows, the best views will always be found near the front.
Front Sections 1-3
With the closest views available and excellent sitelines to all areas of the performance, the Front Orchestra sections are some of the most sought after seats for a show at Tanglewood Music Center.
Section 1 is home to the best seats with center stage views, and features 13 lettered rows of seating (running from Row A at the front to Row N at the back).
Sections 2 and 3 are off to the side a bit more, but still have great views from all 11 rows (Row C at the front, Row N at the back). All seats in the Front Orchestra are safely under the cover of the roof.
Middle Sections 4-9
Middle Orchestra keeps fans close to the performance, but with a lower price tag than the Front Orchestra seats.
Sections 4 and 5 are home to the best views in this location, thanks to a great alignment with the center of the stage.
Sections 4-7 feature 11 lettered rows of seats (Rows A-L), while Sections 8 and 9 are slightly smaller with 9 lettered rows (A-J).
Rear Sections 11-20
For fans that want to be under the cover of the roof, an unobstructed view, and an affordable ticket price, the Rear Orchestra is a great fit. These seats are located at the back of the reserved seating area, keeping prices in the lower tier.
All seats are under cover of the roof, and unlike the bench seats just behind, these seats do not need to worry about any viewing obstructions.
Rear Orchestra sections have 22 lettered rows of seating, starting at Row A and ending at Row W.
