There are two ticket options on the Floor: reserved and general admission (GA). Some concerts have both types available, while many shows feature one or the other.

A ticket in a reserved section - usually labeled with a number (e.g.: Floor 1) - gets you an assigned seat in a specific row and section. Meanwhile, a GA ticket gives you access to a specific area where standing spaces are un-assigned.
