    Low budget comfort

    Aug 2014

    Football Review
    Section 455, Row 16, Seat 2

These seats were located at the highest possible row of seating in this section, even though the neighboring section went higher, there was nothing but empty concrete rows above my seats. This made it nice and quiet and didn't have to worry about anyone behind me, so I could really stretch out and relax. There is also plenty of room to put food and drinks, as their are only two seats in this row, with the remainder of the row being the same empty concrete row. I'm assuming that seats further towards the endzone would be obstructed by the large concrete support pillar, but from my seat you could see almost the entire field (only a small portion of the endzone corner below was blocked). Unfortunately the big videoboard was behind and to my left, making it near impossible to see so I had to watch the replays on the smaller videoboard at the opposite end of the field. You get to look straight ahead at all the action on the field, which meant no head turning at all while watching the game. So if you're looking for a quiet place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the game, this might be a great option at a low budget price.

    Excellent upper level seats

    Football Review
    Section 455, Row B, Seat 8

Other than not being able to see the large videoboard (which was behind me to my left), it is hard to find something bad to say about these seats. The view of the field is great from this elevated position, and I could see all areas of the field with no problem at all. The guard railing at the front of the section creeps into the near endzone view in only a tiny area, so I really didn't notice it most of the time. The seats are directed right at midfield so there was no head turning needed whatsoever, and I could just sit back and enjoy the good views of the game without moving around to follow the action. As far as access goes, these seats were also great in that respect as I was only a few steps away from the concourse, making trips to the restrooms and concessions a breeze.

    Better views in rows behind

    Section 455, Row A, Seat 6

The railing at the very front of the section ruins what could have been a great view to the field. I understand they need to have the railings there for safety, but unfortunately that means you have to look through metal to watch parts of the game. With only 2 rows of seating in my section, it was easy to get in and out of the seats for trips to the concourse, and felt very comfortable given the smaller and less intimidating size of the seating area. You can't see much of the large videoboard located just to the left, but you have straight ahead views of the smaller board atop the opposite endzone. Next time I'll probably sit one row higher in Row B to avoid the railing issue, otherwise these were a pretty good place to sit back and watch the game.

    • Ring of Honor

      -

When looking at the State Farm Stadium seating chart, the 400 Level is the highest seating area. That level is seating is split into upper and lower portions. Seats in the lower portion make up the Ring of Honor. Ring of Honor Seats are located in the front rows of each 400 Level section. These are lettered rows beginning with A at the very front. Each section has five or fewer rows which makes them some of the most convenient seats for getting to and from the concourse. Why Choose Ring of Honor Seats  For guests comparing these rows to Terrace Level rows (numbered rows in the same section), these are far superior. Terrace seats are accessed via a staircase which makes them more difficult to get to and farther from the field than you'd think.

    • Terrace Level

      -

On the Arizona Cardinals seating chart, the 400 Level is commonly referred to as the Terrace Level. This is the highest seating area in the stadium and ticket prices are typically much less expensive than what you'd find in the Lower Level or Club Level. Ring of Honor vs. Terrace Seats  Each 400 Level section contains roughly 30 rows of seats. When you enter one of these sections, lettered rows (e.g.: A) are below the entrance. These are also known as the Ring of Honor Seats. Above the section entrance (and up a flight of stairs) are numbered rows. These Terrace Seats are true upper deck seats and are usually the cheapest tickets for a Cardinals game.

    • Terrace Level Corner (Basketball)

      -

A seat in the Terrace Corner sections will leave you looking to the videoboards in order to follow the action happening on the court. The views of the actual game are extremely far, and as you won't have a head on viewing angle to the endzones, we recommend searching instead for seats in the Terrace Baseline where you can look straight away at the video coverage. Seating begins with lettered rows below the entry tunnel, and numbered rows above. Whenever possible, opt for the lettered rows as these keep you closer to the court and concourse, and also feel like their own private seating deck.

    • Terrace Level Corner (Football)

      -

Terrace Level Corner sections are the furthest of any from the field of play, but are the best place to find cheap tickets at University of Phoenix Stadium. Fans can expect unique diagonal views of the field with decent sight lines to the near endzone, but the action will seem very far as the ball moves to the other side of the field. Due to the far off perspective, fans are advised to look for seats in the north corners before considering the south corners, as the fans in the south will also have difficult views of the large videoboard which sits above and behind the south endzone. Terrace level corner sections feature 23 rows of seating with row 1 being closest to the front of the section, and row 23 the furthest.
