Lawn tickets are a great option for a more relaxed and social outing at Tanglewood Music Center. For most shows, admission is free for up to four children (ages 17 and under) per legal guardian when purchased at the Box Office on the day of the show. For the more popular events, the free admission is limited to children ages 2 and under.
Fans can bring coolers, food/beverage, small umbrellas, and lawn chairs to enjoy a performance from the lawn (lawn chairs can also be rented for $5). Cooking, open flames, sports activities, bikes, scooters, skateboards, tents, and other structures are prohibited.
