"Great Seats For The Price Paid"

Seat Review From Section 319
May 2013

Comments

Paid $20 a seat and the view is incredible. You can see the entire field, just not the visitor dugout.

Best for... watching the game, fans on a budget

Super high up, but good view of scoreboard

Apr 2014

Section 319, Row 18, Seat 6

Row 18 in the upper deck is really, really up there. Despite being so high, the view of the field was actually pretty good. You have a bird's eye view of nearly every inch of the field and probably the best view of the scoreboard in the stadium. When you're this far away from the action, having a head-on view of the big board makes a big difference. You're not going to get that on the first base side of the field. If you don't like walking stairs at a high elevation, stay away. It's about 13 stairs up and then another 13 back down and up each time you need food or a trip to the restroom. Shoot for Rows 6 or 7 if you have kids and make frequent trips. Rows 15 and above are covered, so you do get some relief from the elements in Row 18.

Head on views of the scoreboard from the upper deck

Section 319, Row 11, Seat 9

The best part about my seats was the view of the scoreboard above right field. My seat was in a perfect position to watch both the game below and the scoreboard which seemed to be right at eye level and directly across from where I was sitting. I could see into the Rangers dugout from my vantage point, although seeing the first base dugout or the left field corner was a challenge. The railing at the front of the section was no issue at all from where I was, but I know from experience that fans further toward the front of the section were probably a bit frustrated. A good option on the upper deck for a Rangers game, but don't expect much of any shade or protection from above. The breeze was great for a night game, however I don't know if it would be enough to keep you cool in the hot Texas sun during a day game.

    (Section 325) - -

The Rangers really dropped the ball in terms of where they placed the railing in the upper level. In most ballparks, it only affects the first row or two. But at Rangers Ballpark, it gets in the way even in Rows 3, 4 and 5. These seats were on the right aisle, almost directly behind homeplate. If...

  • "Great view for cheap seats"

    (Section 333) - -

Had a great time, the view was great. The only issue I had was that I have a bad knee that acts up and this night it did. I could not get comfortable in these seats, but there were plenty of accommodating people who gave me an aisle seat so I could stretch my leg and it was awesome.
