"Quick access to concessions and souvenirs"

Seat Review From Section 339, Row 8, Seat 16
Apr 2014

Comments

In terms of accessibility, these seats were great. It was just two seats from the aisle, and then two steps down the aisle to get to the section entry tunnel which leads to the outdoor concourse behind the section. The concourse itself was fun, with picnic tables, concessions, a small team shop kiosk, and a cool view of AT&T Stadium in the distance (believe it or not, it looks even bigger from this viewing point). Restrooms however required a further walk from the entry tunnel.

The view of the game however was serviceable. It was very high up in the stadium with an aerial view down to the game. The safety railing in row 1 was distracting down the right field line, but otherwise was not an issue from row 8. I could see into the right field bullpen with ease, but it was more difficult to see who is warming up in the left field pen. Be prepared for the loud speakers in this section, and a less than desirable view of the main scoreboard (above right field) as you look far to the right.

If the restrooms had been closer and the scoreboard a bit easier to see, I would have thought this to be a perfect place for families, but still good none the less.

Best for... bringing the family, fans on a budget

Avoid if... you want to watch the game, you do not want a sun burn

    (Section 344) - -

If you're anything like me and don't do very well with heights, I would not recommend sitting in the front row of Section 344. The seats sit very high in the stadium and you're almost at the same level as the large scoreboard in right field (which you unfortunately can not see from these seats). ...

  • "Poor view, comfy seats, annoying fans"

    (Section 304) - -

You don't sit in Section 304 for the view. It's not that great. You're really far away from the field and tracking the ball is a difficult task. Not to mention that a lot of left-field is completely out of sight. It was nice; however, to find some seats with a head-on view of the action. We were ...

  • "Good coverage near the very top of the stadium"

    (Section 315) - -

First things first, these seats are very high up in the stadium. At row 20 I was just 3 rows from the back of the upper deck and not surprisingly the views are very far and aerial. The left field corner was lost to the front of the section to my left, and no luck on seeing the third base dugout. ...
