"Watch the Players, Not the Game"

Seat Review From Section 131, Row 1, Seat 17
Sep 2013

Comments

I walked down to the first row at the 50 yard line after the game was over as I always thought these would be amazing seats to have. But after checking out the view, I don't think I would pay the money to sit here as you are basically just getting a view of the players on the sidelines. You are not very high up from the field level (which again is cool for being so close to visiting team players on this side of the field), but I imagine it makes it very difficult to get a decent line of sight to all areas of the field. So go here for the excitement of being right there with some of the NFL's best, but don't expect the best views of the game itself.

Best for... being close to the action, impressing a guest, fans of the oppposing team

Avoid if... you want to watch the game

    Almost Too Close

    Sep 2013

    Section 131, Row 13, Seat 16

I was right by the 50 yard line, which is always a great place to sit in my book. However from the 13th row, it was not easy to see all the action as you don't sit very high up above the field and the activity on the sideline plays a big role in what you can see on the field. As advertised, the one road leading out of Foxboro was absolutely jammed after the game, so just be sure to bring your patience or opt for the train instead.

    • "Last Row in Section at 50 Yardline"

      (Section 109) - -

These seats are 100% covered from the elements. This is the last row in the 100 Level. The top of the scoreboards get cut off which is pretty annoying, and it's tough to see the left endzone because of the wheelchair railing in the way. Move down a row or two and it's not a problem. The beer stan...

    • "Almost too close to the field"

      (Section 110) - -

These seats have a real cool factor to them. You're almost right on the 50 yardline and you can hear the players talking on the sideline. They can also certainly hear you, even though you're likely to be ignored. If you're trying to impress someone, this is where you sit. The only issues are that...

    • "Feels like you're in the Endzone"

      (Section 136) - -

The views were excellent and had to be some of the best in the house for touchdowns at our endzone as we were just past the goal line on the lower level. It was fun to feel so close to the action with great views of most of the field - the only area we couldn't see well was the corner at the far en...
