  • Section 216 Reviews

Green Bay Packers at Washington Commanders - Oct 23, 2022

    Oct 2022

Section 216, Row 20   Verified Customer

View of field was narrow, but could clearly see the action on the ground - as long as no one in the few rows immediately in front were standing up. If anyone in the next four or five rows stood up, the view was effectively blocked. Worst thing was the constant wind coming in from the open/fenced area at our backs. While the outside temperature was overall quite pleasant, this made for an otherwise very cold experience (even with hoods and jackets). Also, the seats are incredibly narrow. I'm not particularly 'large' (always been considered a tall, skinny 'bean pole') and it was an uncomfortably tight fit.

Horrible! The advertised view was nothing like reality

    Feb 2020

    Section 216, Row 23, Seat 34

Horrible! The advertised view on ticket master was awesome, it was nothing of the sort in reality! You are basically viewing a portion of the field through a narrow tunnel of light. You can’t see anything other than part of the field, you feel completely out of the game. Plus the screens they have set up (so you can actually see some of the game) are like 20 inch flat screens, worthless! FedEx field it horrible.

Worst seats ever! Big support beam in the way!

    Sep 2018

    Section 216, Row 17, Seat 23

This seat was absolutely terrible! The ticket was cheap and that should have been the red flag. There was a huge support beam directly in front of me and my view was terrible for the game! Never sitting higher than row 13 in the north 200 level at FedEx Field. Bad obstruction, you've been warned!

Avoid Section 216 Due to Potential Obstructions

Obstructed seating at FedEx Field is a major issue for football games. Seeing long passes, kicks and the scoreboards is difficult from 200-level sections on the North side of the field.

The upper deck hangs over the back part of sections 213-230. Rows 14-23 are the most obstructed and the level of obstruction becomes more severe the farther back you are.

    • 200 Level

      -

The 200 Level at FedExField contains a combination of the best and worst views for Commanders games and concerts. Best Views in the Stadium  Some of the best views in the stadium come from the first 8 rows in sideline sections on this level. These seats are 30-40 rows from the field and are an excellent choice for guests who like to keep a close eye on the game. Worst Views in the Stadium  If you're thinking about sitting in one of the higher rows on this level, use caution. At row 9: guests start to notice the overhang At row 11: the overhang starts to obstruct views of the field At row 14: views of the field become severely obstructed  We strongly advise against purchasing tickets in one of the obstructed rows. Some views are partially blocked, while the worst seats can barely see much of anything.

      -

Well covered by overhanging seats above offering protection from the weather. Low enough to avoid the obstructed views found in rows 13 and higher
