Corner comforts on the Reserve Level

    Baseball Review
Reserve 53, Row HH, Seat 8

These have to be some of the furthest views available at Dodger Stadium. Buried in the left field corner, the seats feel like they are sitting even higher than the top of the left field foul pole. So while they didn't offer much a view, it was a good place to find shade and even had a nice breeze coming through the seats every so often. To the right of my seat was a small one row aisle that lead up to the last row of the section (incredibly odd), which meant I had a ton of empty space to my right for extra legroom. The step on this mini aisle acted like a small table, which is great place to set food and drink while you watch the game. But for some reason, the speakers in center field seemed to bounce sound perfectly right to this area, making it incredibly loud when making announcements and playing music. I could easily think of worse places to sit in Dodger Stadium, but just don't expect great views from all this way in the corner.

    • Reserve Level

      -

The Blue Shield Reserve Level is the largest seating tier in Dodger Stadium. It is so large there are two levels within it.  Views can vary greatly due to the size of the level which spans from foul pole to foul pole so it is important to compare tickets when looking to make a purchase. Lower Reserve  Lower reserve sections have the "LR" or "IR" after the section number. These sections are lower in elevation. Row are single lettered from A-V with A being at the bottom of the section. The entire level shares a concourse, so fans will enter the section from the back nearest Row V and head down toward their seats. Sometimes "VIP" or "MVP" designations are given based on the row.  VIP: Rows A-H MVP: Rows J-V Sections 1-11 are the best seats in the location being behind home plate. They also will not have upper reserve sections above them making them slightly less crowded. Value Reserve  Value Reserve sections are in the upper portion of the Reserve Level and have the letter "R" after the section number. Rows will be double lettered with Row AA being at the front nearest the concourse tunnels. The benefit of these over the lower sections is that they are smaller and some offer shaded options. Fans who prefer to be in the shade might want to consider the last few rows of Infield Reserved sections 1 through 11 as they will be protected by the overhanging Upper Deck sections above.

      (Lower Reserve 39) - -

Legroom is nothing but terrible in these front row seats on the Reserve level. I'm six feet tall and it was a very tight fit, which gets even worse with the cup holders mounted on the railing just in front of the seats. Having a cramped seat is one thing, but adding in a partially obstructed view ...
