    Fine View and Experience

    Football Review
    Section 253, Row 4, Seats 17-18

Sitting here is fantastic when a team is coming in to score on the north endzone. It is very exciting with a clear view into the endzone. As the action moves down the field it gets hard to see and depth perception becomes an issue to know how far a player went on a play. Seats 17 and 18 were on the aisle which made it quick and easy to get in and out of the section. There are steps required to get to the seats, but not alot compared to most of Soldier Field.

    • 200 Level Colonnade (Football)

      -

200 Level Colonnade seating consists of Sections 218-226 behind the south endzone, and Sections behind the north endzone. These seats here give a more elevated view of the field than the lower level, which helps with the overall view and makes it much easier to see the entire field. Fans will have a great view for scoring plays at the near endzone, while the far endzone begins to feel much further as the line of scrimmage moves further away. Sections in this location have a varying number of rows, which can be anywhere from 21 to 27 rows. Head on views of the videoboards are a bonus for ticket holders in these sections, making it easier to follow the details at the far end of the field.

    • 200 Level Endline (Soccer)

      -

Tickets located in the 200 level on either end are some of the furthest views for a Chicago Fire game. For international games, when 300 and 400 level sections are open these seats are average. Fans looking to enjoy the game should avoid sections 220-224 behind the supporters where there will be flags and a lot of distractions. These 200 level sections are also among some of the largest sections for Chicago Fire games. Each section will have between 22-27 rows. Seat numbers will rise from left to right with seat 1 on the left side of the row.

    • Colonnade Sections

      -

The colonnades outside Soldier Field are one of the defining features of the NFL's most historic stadium. Inside, the Colonnades refer to sections on the North and South ends of the field. Colonnades seating includes 200 and 300 level seating above each endzone. Depending on the type of event you're attending, your experience will vary greatly. Colonnades Sections for Bears Games When purchasing tickets for a Bears game in the Colonnade Sections, pay close attention to what side of the field you'll be on. Both sides will give you an elevated endzone view, but we prefer the South endzone for a few reasons. First, the sections are smaller on the South end. This means fewer stairs to climb, more convenient access to amenities and closer views to the field. Second, Colonnades sections on the North end can get very sunny during afternoon games in the fall. Meanwhile, most sections on the South end will eventually see some shade. This can be an important factor during the first few weeks of the year. Sitting Here For a Concert  The seating chart for most Soldier Field concerts has the stage on the North end. In turn, only the South Colonnade sections are open for a majority of shows. Here's what to expect on the South end: Some of the farthest seats from the stage Head-on views of the stage Clear views of the videoscreens (added for most shows) A much cheaper ticket price compared to Field Seats Elevated seating on risers  Additional Notes For Chicago Fire games, the Supporters Section is just below South Colonnade sections Stairs are required to access most seats These sections have the best views of the video scoreboards
