    Section 29 Row A

    Apr 2024

    Section 29, Row A, Seats 1-7

Other than being very close to the field, these seats were awful and not worth the expensive price. \r\n\r\nIt was hard to see through the protective netting because we were so close to it, view of left field line was largely blocked even though the seats were supposed to have a \"clear view of the field\", and most annoying was being right by where the ball girl/boy sat which meant every kid in the lower sections would come down and hover near the opening in the netting which was right in front of seat 1 to try to get a ball. \r\n\r\nDon\'t get me wrong we loved seeing the excitement the kids would show when they got a ball, but some were pretty aggressive and many would come down well before the inning was over and block our view of the plate. The usher did little to deter them from continuing to do so, so we had to kindly ask the kids to step back and have a seat on the steps if they were going to wait there for a ball. \r\n\r\nAll-in-all I wouldn\'t get these seats again considering we could\'ve had seats in the club section for the same price. If you have kids and would like to see them get a game ball, these seats may be just the thing for you but they\'re definitely not sure us.

    Pretty decent seats

These seats were prime for a chance to get a foul ball.

    • Field Level Down the Line

      -

Ranging from the corner bases to the foul poles on the Field Level, these sections offer the more affordable option for fans who want to be as close to the field as possible. Be prepared for more sun during midday games though as there is very little structure to provide shade. With just 8 to 13 rows in each section, the seating areas are small but fans will have to walk all the way to the top of the 100 level to reach the concourse. Scoreboard watchers will want to opt for seats on the first base side to get a better view of the videoboard, while those on the third base side will get a better vantage point to the Pittsburgh Skyline. Sections 30-32 near the left field corner have a great seating angle towards the infield making these seats a great option for those looking for a comfortable viewing experience close to the field. The only downfall here is the near 180 degree head turn to see the videoboard.
