    Blocked by ceiling, not happy

    Mar 2019

    Section 215, Row 15, Seat 6

Nassau Coliseum is great and all for it's historic feel but some of the features of this place are way too outdated. #1 issue on my list is the ceiling. Up above the 200 level sections of the stadium, the ceiling dips and bobs in seemingly haphazard pattern. From my seat specifically, my view of the jumbotron was completely cut off and when standing I could barely see the far end of the ice. Normally I wouldn't complain about not being able to see the jumbotron, but when seated this far back I sometimes need the video screen to know what the heck is going on. This made my overall experience pretty negative because I had to strain myself to see the entire time. I ended up leaving this seat and finding an open one that wasn't blocked by that ceiling. Deff. avoid the back rows of the 200 level section.

    • Upper Level

      -

The Upper Level at Nassau Coliseum is also known as the 200 Level. This is the best place to find cheap tickets for concerts and other events. Each 200 Level section contains up to 16 rows of seats with row 1 at the front. Guests who have trouble walking up stairs should aim for a low row to avoid climbing up a number of steps. Most rows in the Upper Level have 16 seats with seat 1 on your right as you look towards the floor.

Obstructed view of jumbo screen for concert. Hard to hear the performer speaking but singing was better. Able to see stage but not much of the backdrop/background of stage. Good price but not worth it for a concert.
