Are food and drinks allowed to be brought in a cooler?

Food is allowed into the venue, but it must be brought in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag. The only beverages allowed in will be one factory sealed bottle of water. Empty water bottles are acceptable and can be filled at a water fountain. Small, soft sided coolers will be permitted. Prohibited items include alcohol, glass containers, cans, and hard sided coolers.
