General Admission Seat Views

Features & Amenities

General admission tickets at Red Rocks Amphitheatre give fans access to a group of specific rows. Fans can sit or stand anywhere within the designated rows to view the show.

These rows change on a show-by-show basis so be sure to check the seating chart to understand which rows you have access to with a general admission ticket.

GA Ticket Considerations

Fans are allowed to sit anywhere in the general admission rows which are roped off. Those arriving early typically take up the front of the general admission section and it slowly fills in as showtime nears.

Once fans occupy the seats on a bench in a row, it becomes similar to reserved seating. It is difficult to "squeeze" up front when all spots on the bench in the row are occupied. The earlier you arrive, the better chance you'll have at a good seat.

Those arriving later will be higher up on the rock with further views to the stage. To access your seats, expect a lot of steps - and even more if you're seated higher up.

Note: These seats are highlighted on the map

A tad too far back, but still a blast!

    Jun 2019

General Admission, Row 46, Seat 25

This past Friday was my first time at Red Rocks for the Anderson Paak show. I was absolutely blown away. Red rocks certainty lives up to the hype. Cheeky Andy had the entire crowd dancing throughout the whole show, I was exhausted by the end. I will say, I wish our seats would have been slightly closer. I think there are about 70 rows at Red Rocks and we were at row 46. I would suggest row 30 or closer for a clear view of the performer (of course, pending price), he looked like an ant from where we were. Still, so so so much fun. Also, if driving to the venue, I would highly recommend showing up around 2 hours before show time for a prime spot in the parking lot(s) to pregame. The upper south lot was an absolute riot. For any music fan, this venue is a must visit!
