Paramount Theatre - Seattle Floor

Features & Amenities

The Floor at Paramount Theatre Seattle refers to three different seating areas, each with a unique perspective.

The Pit Section

The closest area to the stage is called the Pit. This is the smallest section on the Floor with space for just two rows of seats.

For concerts, these are widely regarded as the best seats in the house. Expect an incredible view, good sound, and an unforgettable experience.

For plays and musicals, some consider these seats too close. It can be difficult to see the entire stage from such a close perspective. For others, being this close is a dream come true.

Main Floor Sections

Large sections labeled 1-4 are commonly referred to as Main Floor or Orchestra Seats. Each section has up to 35 rows of seats with row A near the front. Guests will have a padded chair with armrests.

Generally speaking, views from this area are very good. Sections 2 and 3 have the most centered views. Here are the most common complaints:

  • Sharp angles from side seats in sections 1 and 4
  • The Balcony overhang is slightly disruptive in the farthest rows
  • The seating is flat - making it somewhat difficult to see over others when sitting farther back

Side Floor Sections

Sections with a lettered suffix (e.g.: 4E) are found on the severe sides of the Floor. Angles to the stage aren't ideal, but these are usually the cheapest tickets near the stage.

Note: These seats are highlighted on the map
