Best Seats For a Concert at Lincoln Financial Field

The most common seating layout at Lincoln Financial Field for concerts is an end-stage setup with the stage located near sections Section 124, Section 125 and Section 126. For many concerts there are also slight variations to the layout, which may include General Admission seats, fan pits and B-stages.

Field seats - like those in Field 1 - are among the most sought-after tickets

On the Field: Sections Field 1, Field 10, Field 11 and Field 2 are Field Seats, which offer some of the closest views of the performers. For many concerts, field sections are added or removed. These performer-specific adjustments may alter the field layout and the views from each field section.

To the Side of the Stage: For close views of the stage with a little bit of elevation, consider seats to the side of the stage in Section 121, Section 122 and Section 137. The view is not head-on like on the field, but many of the seats are closer to the stage, provide better elevation and are actual stadium seats.

Section 211 offers a comfortable head-on view for end-stage shows

Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in Section 109, Section 110, Section 111 and Section 112 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance.

Even upper level sections offer unobstructed sitelines. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to see as much detail from these seats as you would if you sat closer to the stage.

Consider the Following When Buying Concert Tickets

Seats behind the stage are occassionally sold: Unless your main objective is to just get in the building, you'll want to completely avoid anything behind the stage - like those in/near or above sections Section 124, Section 125, Section 126 and Section 127. It's unlikely the performer will turn around to salute you - and you're more likely to be completely blocked out from seeing the show.

If you're on the shorter side (or bringing kids), consider field seats only in the first few rows: The most common complaint amongst field ticketholders is that they can't see the stage because of taller people in front of them. As an alternative, consider side sections near the stage that will still have you close and high enough to see.

Lower level side sections are not created equal: While the side sections closest to the stage are top-notch, side sections farther from the stage may leave you with a cramp in your neck. Sections 103 and 118 are not well-angled towards the stage - leaving you to turn your head for an ideal view. Instead, consider head-on sections in the lower level or even close side seats in the upper level like 226 and 244.

Alcohol Free Sections for Eagles Games

Possession of alcohol in Section 217 during Eagles games can lead to ejection from the stadium.

Lincoln Financial Field Seat Views

Best Seats for Great Views of the Field

If you're headed to an Eagles game and looking for a great view, you're in luck. Lincoln Financial Field is one of the better venues in the NFL for watching a game. The venue uses sharp-angled sections to give fans comfortable sitelines from nearly every vantage point.

Where to Sit in the Lower Level

As expected, sections near midfield receive the highest marks for great views. Specifically, we like rows 23 and higher in sections 101-103, 118-122 and 137-138. By having a little more elevation in the lower level, it's easier to see over the players on the sideline.

In fact, we recommend that fans skip out on rows 1-10 altogether. The players - which aren't as close to row 1 as they are in the most NFL stadiums - will get in your way, and it can be difficult to see the ball move toward the endzones.

The sharp-angles of the sections are most noticeable in the 100 level near the 20-yardline. Sections like 104, 105, 135 and 136 have an excellent angle towards midfield. In most stadiums these sections would look straight-ahead, and you would be forced to turn your head to see the action. But at LFF, your seat is turned perfectly so you can see action on both ends of the field.

Consider a Seat in the First Five Rows of the Club Level

The most expensive seats for an Eagles game are club seats near midfield. It's not surprising to see these seats listed for $500-$1000 when the Giants and Cowboys come to town. These seats provide all the extras like lounge access, concierge and upscale concessions, but they also come with the stadium's best views.

If you're spending money on club seats - but midfield sections are out of reach - we highly recommend the first five rows of corner sections. These rows are separated from the rest of the section by a walkway which keeps them closer to the field. These seats also take advantage of great sitelines - just like the 100-level sections below. You'll end up with the same amenities as club ticketholders near the 50-yardline but you'll save hundreds of dollars.

Views From the Upper Deck

As with the club level, we recommend being in the lowest row possible in the upper sections. Specifically, rows 1-6 will provide you with a much better experience than higher rows. These rows are located below or adjacent to the tunnel, which means that other fans won't block your view as often as they do for fans in higher rows. You'll also be situated just above the club level and can enjoy a similar view at a fraction of the price.

Rows 1-5 in Sections Section C17, Section C18, Section C19 and Section C24

  • Excellent views from elevated club level sections
  • These sections are perfectly angled to see both sides of the field
  • Located near the entry tunnel for easy access to the club concourse

Rows 1-10 in Sections Section C1, Section C2, Section C20 and Section C21

  • Absolute best seats in the stadium
  • Perfect midfield views - similar to what you see on TV
  • Exclusive club amenities and benefits during Eagles games

Rows 22-34 in Sections Section 101, Section 102, Section 103 and Section 104

  • Best views from the lower level are in the higher rows
  • Great access to the main level concourse concessions and restrooms
  • Even sections inside the 20-yardlines have great sitelines to the field

Rows 1-6 in Sections Section 201, Section 202, Section 204 and Section 205

  • Some of the best upper level sitelines in the NFL
  • Located near the tunnel entrance for easy access without the distractions
  • Lower rows have you watching the game from just above the club seats

    Venue & Seating Questions

    • Can you see the field from the club lounge at Lincoln Financial Field?

The club lounges do not offer a direct view to the field, but do have multiple flat screen televisions which broadcast the action on the field.

    • Where is Seat 1 in Section C6 at Lincoln Financial Field?

As you face the field from Club Level Section 6, Seat 1 will be on the right and closer to the back of the endzone.

View from Section C6 at Lincoln Financial Field
    • Are food and drink included in the purchase of a club box seat?

Club seats on the second level of Lincoln Financial Field - typically labeled C1-C40 - do not include food and drink. Ticketholders will have access to exclusive clubs and concessions on this premium level, but all food and drink purchases cost extra.

    • Where to sit to get great view for a concert at Lincoln Financial Field?

If you absolutely must be close to the stage, sitting in floor Sections F3, F4, F9 and F10 will get you as close as you want to be, especially when the stage extends into the floor seats.

But for a better view of the stage, Sections 121, 122, 137, 138 are as good as it gets. These seats have a more elevated view than floor seats, and they're nearly as close to the stage as some of the outer floor seats. Besides for seats that are right up against the stage, low rows in those four sections are easily the best.

    • How clear is the sound from the 200 level during a concert?

The sound quality for shows at Lincoln Financial Field will often vary depending on the stage setup, speaker positioning, and quality of equipment used for the specific concert. In the past, fans have commented on the sound being muddy, and also having an echo, as you sit higher in the stadium. So we would recommend trying to stay on the lower levels if possible, and also avoiding the sections that are right beside the side of the stage where the sound will not be as balanced.

    • Are the club suites at Lincoln Financial Field heated!?

The Event Suites a Lincoln Financial Field, which hold up to 20 guests, are climate controlled (working heat and AC). The windows are also fully retractable.

    • How many rows in each section at Lincoln Financial Field?
Each section has a varying amount of rows and seats. Find a section to see row and/or seat numbers.
    • Is seat number 1 on the left or right side of sections?
As you look towards the field from your seats, lower number seats are on your right.
