On the Field Level, sections near the outfield are known as Field Boxes and Outfield Boxes. These seats offer Field Level views at a lesser price than the nearby Dugout Boxes. The front rows of these sections are popular among fans who want to get close to the field without paying an arm and a leg. When considering these tickets, pay attention to what the first row is labeled - it varies from section-to-section. One of the biggest complaints with these seats is access. The closer you are to the field, the farther you will be from the concourse. And with concourse tunnels sporadically placed, your time away from your seats may be longer than you think. Additional Seating Notes Seats down the right field line -- especially in sections 146-148) offer zero protection from the sun for afternoon and early evening games. Protective netting is located in front of most sections. Target sections 111-115 or 140-144 for you best chance to catch a foul ball. The Royals bullpen is adjacent to section 148, while the visiting team warms up next to Section 107.

We were close to the action for an afternoon game. If I could do it over, I would sit in the 200 sections, to catch some free shade!
