The cheapest way to enjoy a game from the lower level is to sit in one of the baseline sections. For Boise State men's basketball games, sections 1, 2 and 22 are designated student sections, leaving sections 11-13 as your best options for a cheap ticket. Among these sections, we strongly advise against sitting in section 12. This section is directly behind the basket which can make it difficult to see the action on the court.
Corner sections in the Parquet Level of ExtraMile Arena provide decent views for basketball games. These sections do not extend all the way to the court like adjacent sideline and baseline sections. Instead, the first row in each section is elevated above the entry tunnel.
As with all Parquet level sections, rows are lettered with Row Z being the last row - and the row closest to the concourse.
Sideline sections on the lower level ofExtraMile Arena give fans quality views from within thirty rows of the court. Most sections have rows labeled A-Z with row A located just behind courtside/floor seating.
The most comfortable views in these sections come in rows P-U where fans will be high enough to see side-to-side with ease. Fans in these rows will also avoid the tunnel-vision that comes with sitting in the two highest rows, and will still be just a few rows from the concourse.
When looking at tickets behind the basket on the second level, you'll do well to completely avoid sections 23 and 34. The baskets greatly obstruct the views from these sections and can make it difficult to see the players and whether or not the ball went in the basket.
For one of the best experiences at ExtraMile Arena, consider sitting in sideline sections on the second level of the stadium. While you won't be as close to the floor as lower level sections, you'll still get a great view and will feel much closer than you would expect. This is because these sections hang over the lower level. These overhangs are common at football and baseball stadiums - but very rare at indoor arenas.
Each section features less than 10 rows of seats with row A at the front of each section and the section entrance located at the back.
For the best views from the upper level, we recommend sitting above Row A. Fans seated in the front row have complained about difficulties seeing over the railing. Fortunately with just ten rows of seats, you won't ever be too far away from the court. And sitting in one of the upper rows will leave you closer to restrooms and concessions.
