  • Section 130 Reviews

    Horrible

    Aug 2014

    Concert Review
    Section 130, Row B, Seats 11,12

My 7 yr old daughter and I went to watch One Direction but these seats was just horrible for my daughter. We end up leaving early cause she really couldn't see much not even from the screen. And the lay out at this stadium was just horrible cause the guys look like little people and the one that was handling the camera was horrible too. If ever ever you go see anything with your little ones make sure you are in the 1st row to the stadium any were u sit if u want them to enjoy too otherwise u would feel it was a waist of money. Other then that it was very over whelmed cause it was a whole lot of people and it was so so hot cause inside the concert area was so busy.

    • Field Level

      -

The Field Level at NRG Stadium is all 100-Level sections. Tickets on this level are great for any event and bring fans close to the action or show on the field. Most sections contain 36 rows and are lettered from row A (closest to the field) to row Z, then followed by double-lettered rows AA to JJ (furthest from the field of play).  Entry tunnels are located at the top of each section, leaving the longest walks to fans closest to the bottom of the section. For Football Games Sections 105-108 are located behind the home team bench Choose rows Q or higher to see over the players on the sideline For the Rodeo The 100-level will extend by eight rows during the Rodeo. These extended sections are called action seats and bring fans even closer.

    • Field Level Corner (Basketball)

      -

Corner seating on the field level will receive a similar transformation as the sideline field level seats, with riser seating put in place closer to the court, followed behind by traditional stadium seats. All numbered rows in these sections are riser-style seats. These seats are not part of the permanent seating bowl at NRG Stadium. Instead, they are temporary sections of seats brought in just for the Final Four. The two biggest differences between these seats and the permanent seats is that the risers (ironically) do not rise as much from row-to-row. So you may be stuck behind a taller fan who blocks your view. Secondly, these risers seats aren't bolted down to the stadium foundation, so they may feel a little flimsy. Never-the-less, these seats still have a chairback and are the closer to the floor than the permanent seating. When considering these corner sections, keep in mind that the stadium was designed to see a football game spread across 100 yards and not a basketball game spanning 94 feet. As such, the angle of some of these corner sections is not ideal for basketball. Sections 102, 103, 110, 111, 122, 123, 131 and 132 have the worst sitelines among these corner sections. Try shooting for a section closer to the sideline (like 104) or go to a deep corner section (like 112 or 113) where you'll have a more comfortable view of the court.
