RYS Expert Reviews

Glass Seats

(2026 Review) - On the Glass Location: Row A of each lower-level section — the first row directly behind the glass.  Closest to the Ice: As up-close as Blue Jackets hockey gets at Nationwide Arena.  Club Lounge Access: Glass seat ticketholders share the club lounge with Lexus Lounge sections 114–115.  Must-Know Caveat: Glass seats include lounge access but NOT the lounge's all-inclusive food and beverage — those apply only to Lexus Lounge seats.  Who Should Sit Here  Glass seats at Nationwide Arena are for fans who want the most immersive, in-your-face view of Columbus Blue Jackets hockey. If sitting as close to the ice as physically possible is the priority — and you'll happily trade the all-inclusive perks for that proximity — this is a once-in-a-lifetime spot.  Glass Seats Location & Details  Glass seats are Row A in each lower-level section, positioned as the first row behind the glass all the way around the ice. Because they run across the lower bowl, you can choose the section that best fits the side or end of the rink you prefer.  Views from the Glass Seats  The view is about as close to the action as you can get — players, checks, and puck battles happen right in front of you at ice level. Sightlines vary by which lower-level section you choose, but every glass seat puts you directly against the boards.  What's Included  Club Lounge Access: Entry to the club lounge shared with Lexus Lounge sections 114–115.  Note on Food & Beverage: Glass seats do not carry the lounge's all-inclusive benefits; those are reserved for Lexus Lounge seats.  Similar Premium Experience  If you want the lounge access plus the all-inclusive amenities that glass seats don't include, consider the Lexus Lounge seats in sections 114–115.

Lexus Lounge

(2026 Review) - Center Ice Location: Sections 114 and 115, behind the penalty boxes and near the glass.  Rows Included: Rows B through M in both sections.  All-You-Can-Eat Buffet (Blue Jackets Games): Pre-game buffet inside the Lexus Lounge, plus two complimentary drinks for adults.  Club Access: Entry to the upscale Lexus Lounge with full-service bars, private restrooms, and VIP coat check.  Who Should Sit Here  These seats at Nationwide Arena are ideal for Blue Jackets fans who want to be right in the middle of the action while still enjoying premium club perks. The center-ice location near the glass puts you close enough to feel the back-and-forth, and you're just a few rows from the penalty boxes. It's a great fit for fans who want to pair a top-tier seat with an upscale pre-game experience.  Lexus Lounge Seating Details  The Lexus Lounge seats are located in Sections 114 and 115, positioned behind the penalty boxes in rows B through M. Ticket holders in these sections receive access to the Lexus Lounge itself.  Views from the Lexus Lounge  With a center-ice location near the glass, these seats offer an immersive, up-close view of the action. Sitting just a few rows from the penalty box area, you get a great vantage point on the back-and-forth flow of the game.  Lexus Lounge Amenities  Upscale club with several seating and bar options  All-you-can-eat pre-game buffet  Two (2) complimentary drinks for adults at one of two private, full-service bars  Private restrooms  VIP coat check  Disclaimer: The all-you-can-eat pre-game buffet and complimentary drinks apply to Blue Jackets home games. Amenities may vary for concerts and other events. Confirm what's included for your specific event before purchasing.

Lower Level Center Ice and Sideline (Hockey)

- Lower level center sections offer some of the best views of a hockey game at Nationwide Arena. With Sections 103 and 104 located just behind the player benches, and Sections 114 and 115 behind the penalty box, these seats are a top option for fans that want to be close to all the action.

Lower Level Sideline (Basketball)

- Sideline seating on the lower level begins with Row 1 closest to the court and directly behind where the boards are for a Blue Jackets hockey game. Sections 102 and 105 are behind the player benches, while seats on the opposite side of the court are behind a long press table. Center court Sections 103, 104, 114 and 115 are far superior to adjacent sections because of their location at mid-court. Tickets close to Row T offer a great view of the entire court and are close to the concourse.

Seating Notes

  • For hockey games, we recommend these seats for great views of the ice
  • For hockey games, desirable view from near center ice
  • Views from near center court for basketball games
  • Rows A are part of the Glass Seats for Blue Jackets games
  • Rows B-M are part of the Lexus Lounge for Blue Jackets games
