If price is your priority and atmosphere is the draw, this is your section.  Blue Seats Location & Details  These are the 400 level seats — the top tier at Madison Square Garden. For Rangers games, these seats sit on the side of the ice the team attacks twice, which is a nice perk — though plays on the far side of the ice are much harder to follow.
