#1 - Coors Field Fireworks

Coors Field is located in downtown Denver, Colorado and has been home to the Colorado Rockies since 1995. Located at an elevation of 5,200 feet, Coors Field is a hitters paradise for baseball players. The Rockies take on the Houston Astro’s on the 3rd at 6:10 PM MDT, and the Coors Field Fireworks Show starts after the game is over. These Independence Eve fireworks happen so close to the field you can practically feel them! If you’re seated in the Upper Deck, there’s a chance you’ll get a view of both the fireworks and the mountains. In the past, some sections have even had access to the grass on the outfield to watch the fireworks. Lucky for you, it's not just the 3rd that Coors Field puts on fireworks shows, they have a few more every summer.

#2 - Nationals Park Freedom Fireworks

Nationals Park (which is featured in the top picture) is located in Washington, DC and has been home to the Washington Nationals since 2008. The Nationals take on the Miami Marlins at 6:05 PM EDT with Nationals Park “Freedom Fireworks” starting soon after. The Washington Monument and the Capitol Building are visible from the Upper Decks on the first base side of the field, so you can enjoy the sparkle of the fireworks over the some of the country’s most powerful buildings. Perfect for Independence Day! But don’t worry, if you miss this game there are usually 3 or 4 other firework games in the summer.

#3 - Oakland Coliseum’s Patriotic Game-day Fireworks

Oakland Coliseum is located in Oakland, California and has been home to the Oakland Athletics since 2014. The Oakland Coliseum is the only stadium left in the U.S. that houses both a MLB team and an NFL team. #4 - Globe Life Park - Post-Game Fireworks

Globe Life Park is located in Arlington, Texas and has been home to the Texas Rangers since 1994. But, the Rangers will be moving to a new ball park called Globe Life Field beginning with the 2020 season, so the last few fireworks games this year would be the time to reminisce on Globe Life Park before the Rangers move. The Rangers take on the Los Angeles Angels July 3rd at 7:05 PM CDT with Globe Life Park Post-game fireworks right after. This game also falls on Texas Chili Company dollar hotdog night, so you can enjoy a delicious chili dog while the sky lights up with patriotic fireworks.

#5 - Great American Ball Park’s Independence Day Fireworks

The Great American Ball Park is located in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been home to the Cincinnati Reds since 2003.This ball park is special because they have Great American Ball Park “Firework Fridays”, so you can see fireworks there every summer Friday. The Reds take on the Milwaukee Brewers at 7:10 PM EDT on the 3rd with Great American Ball Park Independence Day Fireworks to follow. Their fireworks feature a special soundtrack to make the production even more exciting. This game also features a special performance from the Cincinnati Zoo Bald Eagle Flights.
