Unfriendly atmosphere, right down to the usher

    Aug 2013

    Football Review
    Section 345, Row 6, Seat 2

The usher wouldn't let me into this section without seeing my ticket. Really? Who's going to sneak into 300 level corner seats? These are the seats you move from, not the seats you move to. The view from the seats wasn't much better. If you sit down and look straight ahead, you're looking behind the endzone to the other end of the field. As a result, you end up turning your whole body in an uncomfortable seat to see the actual field. But, wait, that means you have to look through a piece of glass that seemingly never gets clean. The part of the field that you can see without looking through the glass was blocked by a gentleman who leaned forward in his seat the entire game. You may get lucky and the person in front of you sits back. But it's unlikely because when they do, they can't see the field that well. The one semi-redeeming quality of these seats is that they were just a step away from the concourse so grabbing a beer or snack was really simple. But for watching the game, save a few bucks and sit a few rows higher or more in the corner where the angle towards midfield is much better.

    Awful and Frustrating View

    Football Review
    Section 345, Row 6, Seat 1

I thought I would be getting a great seat from the second row of the upper portion of the section and on the aisle, but I was sorely mistaken. A large piece of plexiglass located at the bottom of the aisle was in my line of sight for 60% of the field, and the guard rails and people in front leaning over made the view even worse. There were a few plays at the near endzone where I couldn't see anything at all as the guy in front of me made it impossible to see the line of scrimmage. The seats were very close to the entrance and the concourse, which is where I found myself wishing I was rather than being in these seats and struggling to see anything on the field without getting agitated.

It was almost to the top of the stadium

It was almost to the top of the stadium, but the seats and our view wasn't bad at all. The usher was awesome.

    • 300 Level

      -

The 300 Level at MetLife Stadium is known for its cheaper ticket prices and bird's eye views. Where to Sit For Football Games  If your budget allows for it, sit in the first five rows on the 300 Level. Here's why: Lower rows have the best views Higher rows require an additional staircase Minimal foot traffic in the first five rows Fewer railing/staircase obstructions in the lower rows  Where to Sit For Concerts First five rows for closer views Near sections 313/339 for the best angles to the stage On the west side (334-339) to avoid being in the direct sun  Obstructed Views on the 300 Level Many seats in rows 6-8 are obstructed by railings, safety glass and heavy foot traffic. Avoid these rows as much as possible.

    • Upper Level Corner (Football)

      -

The Upper Level Corner seats are home to some of the furthest views in MetLife Stadium, but also some of the most affordable tickets. The steep seating on the highest tier and exposure to the elements keeps these seats in lower demand than other options in the stadium. These sections are separated into a lower and upper portion by the entry tunnel at row 5, causing the seats in rows 1-4 to feel smaller and more intimate than the upper rows 5-26. Fans looking for an easy in and out from their seats are advised to avoid sections 307, 320, 332, and 345 due to their large size with 26 rows of seating and as many as 42 seats per row.
