Side View Sections
-Side seating on the lower level is one of the most popular seating choices for a concert at Lincoln Financial Field. Owing to their proximity to the stage and elevation over the floor, these seats typically command one of the largest ticket prices. When choosing seats in the lower level, it is important to consider your siteline to the stage. For example, sections 123 and 136 typically show lower ticket prices than adjacent sections despite being closer to the stage. This is due to the severe side angle these seats produce. It will be difficult to see the entire stage, and we recommend sitting in a side section farther from the stage to provide a better angle. Another siteline consideration is the sound and lighting equipment that is usually placed towards the back of the floor. While each show comes with a slightly different setup, a number of recent concerts have had equipment blocking the views of fans in 104-107 and 114-117. Choosing a seat in one of the preferred side sections will reduce the likelihood of an obstructed view. In the upper two levels, equipment is less likely to block your view. A final consideration for seats in the lower level is having enough height to see the stage comfortably. We recommend rows 25 and higher in these side sections for having the most comfortable sitelines, good access to the concourse and the highest likelihood of being covered and/or shaded. As you move up into higher seating bowls, the concerns about side views remain, although they are slightly lessened. Because the Club Level and Upper Deck are at higher elevations, you won't have to turn your neck as severely to see the stage. Of course, the down-side is that it will be more difficult to see what's happening on the stage the higher up you are.
Upper Level Side (Concert)
-When choosing seats on the upper level of LFF, you'll typically be deciding between a side view closer to the stage or a head-on view farther from the stage. If you prefer to be slightly closer, you'll probably pay a few extra dollars to sit in one of the side sections. When looking at tickets in these sections, your first consideration should be the weather. With most summer concerts beginning around 7PM, the setting sun will be directly in the eyes of fans seated in east sections 223-227. Meanwhile, fans on the west side will have the sun behind them and a much more comfortable experience. If rain is a potential issue, you may need to compromise and purchase a ticket in one of the higher rows of these sections that are underneath the roof. For the best chance of being covered, aim for tickets in rows 18 and above. Just keep in mind that the section tunnel is located near row 4, so the higher you are, the longer your walk will be. After the weather, you'll want to strongly consider what kind of view you will be getting. If you are in one of the closer side sections (227/243, etc.), you may have trouble seeing the entire stage. Instead, we recommend tickets in sections that are slightly pushed back. You'll have a better view and likely save a few dollars.
Upper Sideline (Football)
-The upper deck at Lincoln Financial Field can be a tough place - especially for fans of the opposing team. With each section containing up to 30 rows of seats, it's important to select the right row for the best experience. When it's raining, the roof over the upper deck does a great job of keeping rows 20-30 out of the elements. And on hot and sunny days, the roof even does a decent job of providing shade for those on the west side of the stadium in the late afternoon. However, getting to those upper rows can be a bit of a challenge. If you are uncomfortable walking the steep and narrow staircase to the top, select seats in the lowest row possible. You'll end up spending more money (or you may have to move farther away from midfield), but you'll be close to the section tunnel which leads to concessions and restrooms.
For Football - Recommended For Great Views of the Field
-Some of the best upper level sitelines in the NFL. Located near the tunnel entrance for easy access without the distractions. Lower rows have you watching the game from just above the club seats
