On the Texas Rangers seating chart, the highest and farthest sections are known as Upper Level seats. These are usually the cheapest tickets at Globe Life Field and are popular among fans who don't care about a close view or premium amenities.

Upper Boxes vs. Upper Reserved

When purchasing tickets in this area, some sections are labeled Upper Boxes and Upper Reserved. Upper Boxes (sections 308-317) offer better views and are usually offered at a higher price.

Sections 325 and 326 may be labeled Grandstand sections. These are the farthest and highest sections from home plate. Expect lower ticket prices and less crowds than in other areas.

Best Seats in the Upper Level

Seats on the 300/Upper Level are pretty high up compared to the 100 Level and even the 200 Level/Pavilion directly below. Expect a bird's eye view and some reliance on the jumbotron (sit on the third-base side for best videoboard views). Sections 313 and 314 have the most centered view from behind home plate.

Each of these sections contains 14 rows with an entrance at the front. If you have a fear of heights, choose seats in a lower row where you won't have to walk up the stairs.

My row is the first one that home plate isn't behind the rail barrier at the end of the section. But the rail obstructs all the rows in front so fans lean forward to see which makes this row battle heads to see.
