Section 1 Reviews
For a Hockey Game, Avoid Section 1 Due to Potential Obstructions
For hockey games at the Delta Center, sections behind the nets and in the corners are considered restricted-view areas because the arena’s design blocks visibility of the closest goal and corners. As you move up in rows, your view becomes more obstructed, especially of the net below.
Courtside Club
-For one of the best experiences possible at a Jazz game, consider courtside seats in the lower level. Fans will enjoy an unrivaled view of the game and access to the namesake club. Courtside Club Amenities Ticketholders in rows A-B on the sideline and row A on the baseline will have exclusive access to one of the stadium's newest club spaces. The Courtside Club includes all-inclusive food and drink (including alcoholic beverages), and guests will enjoy an upscale experience. The Club also includes dining tables, semi-private lounge areas, televisions, bar service and private restrooms.
Lower Level Baseline (Basketball)
-When sitting in the Lower Level Baseline sections, fans not only have to be prepared for the larger seating area (30 rows in each section) but will also need to take into account the viewing difficulties from sitting behind the basket. Whenever possible, we recommend avoiding the higher numbered seats in Sections 1 and 12, and the lower numbered seats in Sections 2 and 13 - which is where the view will be most limited from being directly behind the basket. Sitting higher in the section (Rows 20 and up) not only helps to limit the amount of the court which the basket can impact when it comes to your view, but also keeps you close to the entry tunnels at the top of the sections, and in a more affordable price range.
Restricted View
-For hockey events at the Delta Center, sections behind both nets and in the corners are designated as restricted-view due to the arena’s configuration, which blocks clear visibility of the goal and adjacent areas. The higher up you sit in these sections, the more your sightlines are impacted, especially when it comes to viewing plays near the closest net. The least restricted view in these areas is in Row 1 of the upper-level sections. From here, fans can see over the 100-level railing and enjoy a more clear view of the rink and the action below.

Seats Behind the Net
-The Delta Center offers a unique seating arrangement for hockey games, particularly for seats located behind the net on the lower level. The row you're seated in significantly affects whether your view of the ice is obstructed or clear. Lower Rows (2-7) Rows 2-7 in the sections behind the net are positioned at ice level, providing fans with unobstructed views of the entire rink. These rows are separated from the rest of the section, offering a more intimate experience. Unavailable Rows (8-21) Rows 8-21 behind the nets are unavailable for hockey games, as these areas are bannered off with no seating. Upper Rows (22+) Seats above row 22 behind the net are classified as restricted-view seats. Due to the angle, fans sitting in these rows will have a limited view of the goal closest to them, as the net below is not fully visible from this vantage point.
Toyota Club
-Sitting at the Toyota Club at Delta Center is one of the best experiences for at a Utah Jazz game. Located along the baseline and sidelines sections of the lower level, the Toyota Club offers great views of the action. Some of the upscale amenities the Toyota Club offers are all-inclusive food and beverage, VIP parking for season-ticket club members and access to the Toyota Club Lounge. The Lounge features dining tables, televisions, a full-service bar, private restrooms and additional seating. The Toyota Club consists of rows A-12 in sideline sections 5-9 and 16-20. Along the baselines, rows A-2 in sections 1-2 and 12-13 make up the rest of the Toyota Club.
