Chicago Theatre Main Floor Seats

Features & Amenities

On the Chicago Theatre seating chart, Main Floor sections are those located closest to the stage. These sections are labeled 1-4 with a left and right distinction. Main Floor sections 4L and 4R have the best views from the center of this area.

Main Floor sections contain as many as 40 rows with Row AA closest to the stage. Double-letter rows go as high as PP, with Row A directly behind.

Each section on the Main Floor has a support beam in row R. The beams are located at the beginning and end of the aisle, so they do not cause many obstructed views. An overhang starts are Row M, but this only has a minor impact on views from the highest rows.

Orchestra Sections

Orchestra seats are setup in front of Row AA in Sections 4L and 4R. These are the closest and best seats at Chicago Theatre. The arrangement and labels of Orchestra sections varies from show-to-show with the most common setups listed below:

  • Reserved Pit: Rows AAA-DDD
  • General Admission Pit
  • Orchestra 4L and 4R: Rows AAA-DDD

Note: These seats are highlighted on the map
