      -

The best seats for a Warriors game at the new Chase Center are Courtside seats located at floor level. Every seat in this area is within seven rows of the court and offers an unparalleled experience. There are two pricing levels for courtside seats at Warriors games. VIP Courtside seats are located directly on the court in rows AA and BB. Meanwhile, Courtside sections with a number (e.g.: 16) are located just behind the two rows of VIP Courtside seats. Rows in numbered sections are labeled A1-A5 with A1 being the third row from the court. Numbered sections are also referred to as Riser seats. Fans with Courtside tickets will access their seats through the tunnel between sections 10 and 14. This tunnel is located at floor level and gives you the feeling of being an NBA player walking onto the court. Outside the tunnel is the Chase Club, which is the all-inclusive lounge area that ticketholders have access to. The Chase Club (and the JP Morgan Club upstairs from the floor) is a private area that only Courtside ticketholders can access. The Club is all-inclusive, meaning that fans will be able to enjoy food and drink at no additional cost. Food options include an upscale buffet, serve-yourself stadium snacks, grab-and-go candy and numerous desserts. Beverage options include multiple beers on tap, a variety of wine, grab-and-go water and soft drinks. Ticketholders are encouraged to arrive at least one hour early to take advantage of all-inclusive food and beverage and to stake a claim to a table, couch or bar-top. Finding a place to sit down and enjoy your meal is difficult within about 30 minutes of tip-off - and especially at halftime when the seats clear out and the Chase Club becomes San Francisco's hottest bar for 14 minutes. When looking at specific rows within these sections, rows AA and A1 are among the best. Fans in Row AA are seated with their feet on the hardwood. And fans in Row A1 have excellent legroom and very easy access to their seats. Rows A2-A4 can become a bit cramped and are not ideal for fans who get up often or those looking for space to spread out. Overall, there is no better ticket at the new Chase Center than Courtside seats. They combine once-in-a-lifetime with outstanding amenities for an unforgettable experience.

    • Lower End (Concert)

      -

For comfortable head-on views of the stage, consider seating in sections 107-112. These sections extend from the back or the floor to the top of the seating bowl, so pay close attention to which row you will be sitting in. Rows closer to the floor are generally more expensive, but they do come with some drawbacks. First, the lower you sit, the less rise you will have over the row in front of you. Second, the lower you sit, the farther your walk will be from the concourse. Upper rows have more pitch over lows and better access to concourse amenities, but there are some drawbacks. The upper rows are obviously farther away, and there is a greater chance of someone standing up in front of you during the show (some people don't mind this).

Pretty much what I expected of the seats. Average seats for lower level. Not super close but not too far away like the upper deck seats are.
