What seats at BayCare Ballpark are shaded and covered?
Asked February 18, 2025
At BayCare Ballpark, the first base side (sections 105–110) is the sunnier side, especially during day games. As the sun moves from behind home plate toward the third base side, the first base side remains more exposed to direct sunlight for a longer period. Meanwhile, the third base side (sections 112–116) offers increasing shade as the game progresses. Higher rows in these sections provide the best chance for shade throughout the game.
For fans seeking shaded seating on the sunnier first base side, rows 19 and above in sections 105–110 are protected by the overhang, providing shade and relief from the sun. Additionally, all Club Seating (sections 201–203) offers complete shade and cover, making it a premium and comfortable option for shaded seating.
Seat Ratings Mentioning Shade/Cover
"Great for comfort" - ★★★★★

The chairs are padded, which was also a bonus. The only con is I wish it were on the same side as the home Phillies!...More
