Features & Amenities

The Balcony Level at Ball Arena is separated into the Upper Balcony and Lower Balcony.

You'll find the best experience in one of the odd-numbered sections which occupy the first three rows of the balcony and are easily accessed from the concourse.

Even-numbered sections are accessed by two sets of stairs - the second of which is incredibly steep. In all sections, aim for the lowest row you can afford.

Balcony Seats for a Concert

Each concert will have a different seating chart, but the majority of shows will have the stage set up in front of sections 134-140. When this is the case, side sections near 301 and 343 will give you the best views of the performance.

Avalanche Games

There are three different experiences in the Balcony Level for Colorado Avalanche games.

For the best overall seats, choose a section near center ice
For the best value, choose a corner section in a lower row
To be with other Avs fans, choose end sections near 360-364

Colorado attacks in this direction in the first and third periods

Nuggets Balcony Tickets

When sitting in the upper level at a basketball game, we have a strong preference for un-obstructed sitelines and good angles to the court. At Ball Arena, this means avoiding seats directly behind the basket and corner sections that aren't angled towards center court.

If you can stretch the budget a bit, we recommend seats near center court. If not, we recommend the lowest row possible where you'll at least be close to concourse amenities.

"Directly at Center Court"

Section 302 is located right at half court and seat 10 is directly in the middle of the row. I would recommend something in a lower row or in the odd sections at the front of the upper level. Row 12 is just too high up and you look down at the court too much and end up watching a lot on the video...
