Student Seating
For Oregon football, student seating is available in Sections 4-8.

Less than 10% of seats at Autzen Stadium offer some type of shade or cover. Below is a sample of seats that are at least partially covered or shaded at different times of the day. To search for tickets or to find out if your seats are protected from the sun or rain, follow the link for the seat finder.
Corner seating at Autzen Stadium is a wildly different experience, depending on which side of the field you're on. If ticket prices are equal, you'll want to experience the game from the south side instead of north sections 3, 5, 17 and 18.
First, the south side of the stadium features multiple access points to the concourse. This limits your walk up and down stairs as you enter and exit the seating area. On the north side there is only a single access point at the top of the section. If you paid an arm and a leg for a ticket in one of the lower rows, it may cost you your remaining leg walking up and down the stairs each time you need to use the restroom (which are located only near midfield on the north side, but also in the corner on the south side).
Another reason to prefer the south side is that the sun will set behind Sections 37 and 38 - or in other words, it will set directly in the eyes of Sections 17 and 18.
Endzone Seating
Endzone seating at Autzen typically comes with a lower price tag than the rest of the stadium. While the lowest rows in these sections are incredibly close to the field, you'll find a better experience about 30 rows up. There you'll be close to the main walkway and will have an elevated view that makes it easier to see the other end of the field.
The main videoboard is located above the west stands, so fans should choose seats in Sections 19-23 to avoid having to turn around to see replays.
Sideline Seating
With only one level of seating at Autzen stadium, sideline sections can run up to 94 rows - making row selection the key to finding great seats.
On each side of the field the best views will be found between rows 25 and 40. While you may be tempted to sit closer to the field, you'll have a better panoramic view of the field from the higher rows and you'll also be closer to the section tunnel for easy access to the concourse.
If you do choose to sit in a lower row, you'll be slightly elevated behind the Oregon bench in Sections 8-14 and behind the visitor sideline in Sections 28-34.
Lower portions of Sections 30-32 are sideline preferred seating areas. Ticketholders receive benefits, including chairs with chair-backs, cupholders, and access to the South side main concourse. Additional chairback seating can be found in select sections on this side of the field, while the opposite sideline features bench-style seating.
While the south side of the stadium features expansive chairback seating, it also has the benefit of an expansive roof. Sitting in rows 60 and higher in Sections 28-34 give you a good chance of being covered. Comparatively, the north side of the stadium is wide open, uncovered and faces into the setting sun in the late afternoon. Sections 6-8 deal with the sun a little better, while ticketholders in Sections 14-16 should bring a hat and sunglasses.
Best Seats for Great Views of the Field
Finding a great view at Oregon's Autzen Stadium is an exercise in choosing the right row and deciding which side of the field you want to sit on.
South Sideline Seating
Without a doubt, the best seats at Autzen Stadium are located along the South sideline in sections 29-33. Many of these seats are chairback, part of the Autzen Club, or both. These seats also have the advantage of being on the less-sunny side of the field.
Another aspect that makes these sections unique is access to the section tunnels. Unlike the North side of the field where the section entrance is at the top, these sections have entrances near rows 30 and 60. This results in shorter trips to the concourse and more time keeping your eyes on the game.
One pitfall of the multiple entrances; however, is people standing in the walkway and disrupting your view. We think that rows 25-50 provide an excellent view on this side of the field - but we would skip out on rows 31-33 due to their position above the walkway.
North Sideline Seating
Ticket prices on the South side of the field are often twice as expensive as seats on the North side. If you don't need a chairback or club seat - and the sun isn't a concern - you'll find the same excellent views in sections 9-13 as you would in 29-33.
As with the seats on the opposite side, we find that the best views come from rows 25-50. Row 25 provides enough elevation to see over the players on the sideline - and row 50 provides a clear view without feeling too far away from the field. In fact, with the section entrances located at the top row, we recommend these seats for a balance of good sitelines and accessibility.
