The lower level at Kenan Stadium features roughly 55 rows of seating in each section. Single letter rows (A, B, etc.) are closest to the field, followed by double (AA, BB) and triple-letter rows (AAA, BBB).
Because the lowest seats are not elevated much from the field, fans are advised to skip rows A-J to have enough height to see the entire field. Rows QQ and higher are covered by the 200 level overhang, providing relief from the elements - though Rows XX and higher have a tough time seeing the videoscreens.
All seats are bleacher-style with backs and the legroom is among the worst in any football stadium.
Lower Level West End Seating
Sections 112-119 make up West End seating. These seats offer good views of the East end scoreboard. The best views of the field are from rows HH and higher, and rows A-J should be avoided altogether as they are too close to the field.
Rows TT and higher in Sections 113-118 are blue chairback seats (note: select seats in 112 and 119 are also blue seats).
Upper Deck Seating
Upper Deck sections at Kenan Stadium are made up of 20 rows of seating. While these bleacher-style seats do have backs, the backs extend into the row behind them, leaving fans with just a few inches of legroom.
Choose aisle seats close to Row D for easy-in, easy-out. For shade, Rows M and higher in Sections 203-209 and 222-228 are often partially shaded by the structures behind them.
