    Awesome Awesome Seats!!!!!

    Apr 2015

    Hockey Review
    Section 222, Row 4, Seat 9

View was amazing, went out on a whim with these. Me and my buddy were looking for seats for game 1 of this years playoffs against the pens. For our budget we the day before we found sec 222. Ideally want 100 level but we were running out of time and I heard good things about sec 222. I saw row 4 for a good price and bought them. When I looked at the seating chart I was surprised to find that sec 222 is in a L shape. The first 3 rows have only 4 seats in each row and the rest are regular. This means that if you have anything after seat 4 in row 4 you're not sitting in front of anyone, you're pretty much the first row. Kinda hard to imagine but the pic says it all. In the pic it looks as if people are seating directly in front of us but they're not, they're actually below us. Super easy access to bathrooms and food, both are literally right out the exit. If your considering buy buy buy. Im actually looking for seats for round 2 against the caps or conference finals Go Rangers!

    Concert Review
    Section 222, Row 24, Seat 24

Sometimes being close to the stage isn't always a good thing. In my case, I was near the left side of the stage on the upper seating tier, but I was all the way up in Row 24 where I couldn't really see much other than the side of the performance. I thought maybe being on the right aisle seat of the section might give me an OK view, but instead I needed to be one section over in 223. Not to mention that its a pretty lengthy walk to get up this high from the section entry tunnel.

    Not too bad

    Concert Review
    Section 222, Row 1, Seat 2

Row 1 has the monitor, which is rather pointless during a concert. So I'd try to go for row 2 or higher here because the glass gets in the way when seated. Otherwise, good spot to be really close without paying lower level prices.

    AMAZING & FAIR PRICE!!!!!!!!

    Basketball Review
    Section 222, Row 2

Awesome seats. 2nd row, so cost $90 vs $150 for 1 row in front of you. You can easily see HDTV's in row in front of you. And great view of all action in game. Also, short row, so easy to get in and out. Perfect seats!!!!!!!!!!!

    Decent seats

    Hockey Review
    Section 222, Row 21

The only positive was the fact that the seats were on the goal line where the Rangers shot twice. I hated the obstructed view of the rest of the Garden because of the new Bridge.

These seats are not for tall people. If you are concerned about space around you and someone breathing on the back of your neck, MSG isn't the place for you.

    • 200 Level

      -

The 200 Level seats at Madison Square Garden offer a variety of different experiences and price points. The upper rows in these sections are some of the cheapest tickets for Knicks and Rangers games, while lower rows along the side might have the best views at MSG. 200 Level Side Sections Sections along the side have up to 25 rows of seats with row 1 located at the front. The entrance tunnel is located at row 7, and we recommend sitting in the first six rows for the best views and most convenient access. The front rows in side sections have phenomenal club-like views for basketball and hockey games. For end-stage concerts, sections 212 and 223 are closest to the stage. A television monitor is setup near the ground at the front of each section. Guests in row 1 will be able to keep an eye on replays and stats. Meanwhile, the last row in many sections is labeled BS25 and includes barstool seats. 200 Level End Sections  Sections on the end of the 200 Level are much smaller than those along the side. Sections include just 3-6 rows of seats. Fans will find better views on the sideline, but the intimacy of these sections guarantees easy access to-and-from the seats. For many, this convenience is preferred over a sideline view (especially in a higher row). Rows labeled BS are at the back of most sections; these are bar-stool seats A television monitor is located at the front of each section  Sections 201-207 have a head-on view for end-stage concerts The Rangers shoot twice towards sections 215-220

    • For Basketball - Recommended For Partying and Socializing

Near a large cluster of bars on the upper level. Ticket prices are more affordable in the second seating tier

    • "Screen gets in way of the stage"

      (Section 221) - -

When the screen is set up you can't see the stage. Acoustics aren't any good either as it all funnels towards the floor. For a regular concert where the stage is at this end and it's not like Billy Joel where they don't have the screens, you shouldn't sit here.
