The Third Base Side of Angel Stadium Gets Shade First
Home plate faces Northeast, so the sun will be at the back of seats on the third base side for late afternoon and evening games. For the most amount of shade at Angel Stadium, consider the 200 seats. These are located just behind the 100 seats and are shaded by the 300 club seats above. A significant overhang in the upper level does a good job of blocking the sun for the last 12-15 rows, especially on the 3B side. Avoid Outfield seating in Right Field (236-249) which offer zero protection from the sun and will be the last seats to see the shade.
